The Cloud One Wien-Rathaus, Part Of The Motel One Group – A Favorite for Families in Vienna

The hotel sits 250 metres from the Rathaus metro station (line U2), placing Vienna's historic centre within a 10-minute walk. Hofburg Palace, Burgtheater, and the Museum Quarter are all accessible on foot. Tram line 2 stops directly outside the hotel, connecting guests to the Ringstraße Boulevard and further attractions.

Each air-conditioned room has an LCD TV, a work desk, and a private bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. The signature design element is a freestanding glass shower placed in the centre of the room, separating the sleeping and bathing areas. Soundproof construction ensures minimal noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms.

The main restaurant serves high-quality international cuisine made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. A daily breakfast buffet offers hot dishes, local pastries, and Austrian fruit juices. The bar area provides a selection of quality wines and cocktails in a relaxed setting.

A sauna (reaching 85°C) and a free fitness centre are available for all guests. Spa treatments can be arranged on request at the hotel. Fitness and spa locker rooms provide changing facilities for those using the wellness area.

Four air-conditioned conference rooms and two boardrooms support meetings for business travellers. The hotel holds the Austrian Eco-Label (since October 2023) and the EU Ecolabel (since January 2024) for its environmental practices. Luggage storage and a 24-hour front desk add convenience for early arrivals or late departures.
